In the summer of 2016 I had the pleasure of being Idyllwild Arts' Assistant Adult and Native Arts Program Coordinator. My responsibilities in this position included:

Facilitating the finances of the adult arts program

Organizing and submitting all catering, transportation, and  check requests

Distributing, collecting, and recording student and faculty surveys

Taking publicity photos and promoting social media

Assisting in the organization and facilitation of events

Helping coordinators and faculty make classes run smoothly

Assisting with set up and tear down of classrooms
